Du kan til hver en tid indfri lånet, hvilket ligeledes betyder, at du undervejs kan optage et nyt og mere fordelagtigt lån, hvis økonomien og den generelle rentesats ændrer sig. Renten på netop denne låneform er meget lav i disse år, og mange steder fås renten helt ned til blot 2%.
På nuværende tidspunkt vil det derfor være mest rentabelt at tage et fastforrentet lån, hvis du skal købe en bolig. Faktisk ses det nemlig som en rigtig god løsning af investere i en ejerbolig i disse år, da boligpriserne samtidig stiger, og du derfor både har et lavrentelån og stigende priser på din bolig.
